The indicator summarizes the functional performance of potential GI serving the purposes of climate change and disaster risk reduction policies in each NUTS 2/3. It should be displayed in 3 categorical classes, i.e. 1=Monofunctional, 2=Bifunctional; 3=Multifunctional. When no data is available for a NUTS region, “No data” should be displayed.
