By the case study on the INTERREG V-A programme Romania - Bulgaria, two types of data were collected respectively produced: Financial (background) data on the programme and Impact assessment data
Background data was used as supplementary information for the expert workshops conducted within the case study, while Impact assessment data was produced through said expert workshops. It consists of qualitative judgements on the magnitude of impacts of the programme on the territorial (NUTS3) level on a predefined scale.
