By the case study on the INTERREG V-A programme Spain - Portugal (POCTEP), two types of data were collected respectively produced: Financial (background) data on the programme and Impact assessment data. The case study did not cover the whole POCTEP area, but awas limited to the Galicia - Northern Portugal subpart of the programme.
Background data was used as supplementary information for the expert workshops conducted within the case study, while Impact assessment data was produced through said expert workshops as well as through calculatory approaches. It consists on the one hand of qualitative judgements on the magnitude of impacts of the programme on the territorial (NUTS3) level on a predefined scale, and on the other hand of impact calculations based on input data.
