Indicator: Regional creation and displacement of low-skill jobs

This indicator classifies regions depending on the degree of adoption and the adoption impact on low-skill employment share at the same time within each type of technological transformation, as follows:
• regions with no adoption and no labour market effects, when regions have both an adoption and an impact below the average of their group.
• regions with high adoption but limited labour market effects, when regions have a lower than average impact and a higher than average adoption rate.
• regions with high labour market effects, when regions have an impact higher than the group average.
