Indicator: Organizational readiness

Organisational readiness refers to the institutional capacity to change for better including and nurturing digital innovation in the public sector, leading the way to greater impact that impacts on law and policy. It is based on the fact that the digital transformation of the public services impacts the public authority and requires adaptation, adjustment and renovation of its organisational structure. To support and manage innovative service development and provision, public authorities need to master digitalisation and innovation governance processes. As such, digital transformation is a driver of change that is bound to long-term organisational change within public sector organisations.
