Organisational readiness refers to the institutional capacity to change for better including and nurturing digital innovation in the public sector, leading the way to greater impact that impacts on law and policy. It is based on the fact that the digital transformation of the public services impacts the public authority and requires adaptation, adjustment and renovation of its organisational structure.
