Indicator metadata: Road freight regional intensity

The indicator Intensity is a measure of the strength of each region as a generator of freight transport volumes. Although it is biased in favour of regions that are larger and that have higher GDP, the indicator is important to assess the level of dominance of these regions, establish the scale of regional hierarchies, and build rank-size tables.
