Indicator: Migration regional concentration per area (inflow vs outflow)

The concentration index is using a version of the Gini coefficient, the most commonly used measure of concentration, weighted geographically by area. A concentration per area is indicating pure flow concentration, which is a natural consequence of population distribution inequality to some extent.
