NETWORK SELECTIVITY (INFLOWS) measures how much a participant region is reliant on a single coordinating partner. This is important because unexpected events or priority changes in the origin may greatly affect the incoming flows of a region, if the region has a large focus on that origin. A high percentage in this indicator means that the participant region has a strong reliance on a preferred coordinating partner, whereas a low percentage means that the region has no single main coordinating partner.
