Indicator: H2020 regional intensity (outflows)

INTENSITY (OUTFLOWS) is a simple measure of the strength of each region as a sender of units (project partnerships coordination). Although it is biased in favor of regions leading larger projects, as discussed earlier, the indicator is important to assess the level of dominance of these regions, establish the scale of regional hierarchies and build rank-size tables.
