Indicator: H2020 regional network selectivity (outflows)

NETWORK SELECTIVITY (OUTFLOWS) measures how much a coordinator region is reliant on a single preferred partner as participant. This is important because unexpected events or priority changes in the destination may greatly affect the outgoing flows of a region, if the region has a large focus on that destination. A high percentage in this indicator means that the coordinating region has a strong reliance on a preferred partner, whereas a low percentage means that the region has no single main partner.
