Indicator metadata: Rail freight regional network selectivity

The indicator Network Selectivity measures how much a region is dependent on a single destination. It is expressed as the share of the largest freight transport flow to a destination region of all transport flows generated in the origin region. This is important because unexpected events in the destination may greatly affect the transport flows of a region, if that region has a large focus on very selective destinations.
