The index was computed as a simple aggregation of SMEs that reporrted to receive public and/or private support (1) to increase resource efficiency (question 13), or (2) to the production of green products or services, among those SME that reported to offer at least one green product or service (question 25) in the Flash Eurobarometer 381 "SMEs, resource efficiency and green markets". Given that data were only available at the national level, these figures were extrapolated to the regional (NUTS-2) level. FUND values have been normalised from 0,5 to 1,5 for representation purposes
