Indicator: Rejected asylum applications per country (%)

Share of final decisions ended with a rejection instance on the total final decisions per country. Final decisions refer to the situation in which all normal routes of appeal have been exhausted. Such decisions are taken by administrative or judicial bodies in appeal or in review and which are no longer subject to remedy. Although final instances typologies may vary according to the national legislation and administrative procedures, it is usually a decision of the highest national court.
