The dataset presents the waste indicators selected by the CIRCTER project. The indicators provide a comprehensive overview on waste generation across EU regions and presents figure for 2006 and 2014. The dataset includes the indicators regarding the amount of total waste (excluding major mineral waste) and different subcategories of generated waste like plastic waste, WEEE, or food waste. Data for waste generated by specific individual NACE sectors are also provided, these are: waste generated by household, waste generated by agriculture, waste generated by mining and quarrying, waste generated by manufacturing and waste generated by construction activities. Indicators are available in absolute, per capita and per GDP terms along with the rates of change tracking temporal evolution between 2006 and 2014.
