This element provides two indicators that are key for the analysis of future business potential in the stakeholder regions: entrepreneurship potential (2014-2018) and total ESIF absorption (2014-2020).
Entrepreneurship potential is a synthetic index based on 6 indicators. It is calculated separately for each stakeholder region (at LAU level for Latgale in Latvia and Utena+4 in Lithuania) and at NUTS3 level for Romanian CBC area with Moldova). Indicators and classification are relative to each of the regions and cannot be compared across countries.
