Indicator: VULNERABILITY - Droughts on primary sector

The indicator shows the vulnerability of primary sector to droughts in the baseline climate (1981-2010) scenario. It is the result of combining the droughts sensitivity of primary sector and the adaptive capacity. The value is in the range from 1 to 2, being 2 the highest vulnerability and 1 the lowest. See ESPON-CLIMATE 2022 Update Final Report for further details.
