Indicator: SENSITIVITY - Droughts on primary sector

The indicator shows the sensitivity of primary sector to droughts in the baseline climate (1981-2010). The value is in the range from 1 to 2, being 2 the highest sensitivity and 1 the lowest. See ESPON-CLIMATE 2022 Update Final Report for further details.
