Indicator: Job IP areas in Europe (grid)

Delineated inner peripheries at grid level in Europe, based upon poor access to Urban Morphological Zones (UMZ, assming that most jobs are concentrated there), stored as a polygon shapefile.
Two shapefiles are provided, one representing the IPs for 2016, the other one representing the IPs for 2021.
Grid cells with a standardized car travel time of > 150 to the next UMZ (urban morphological zone, where jobs are concentrated) have been identified as inner peripheries. Neighbouring grid cells have been merged to form a single IP area; boundaries of these areas have been smoothed.
