Indicator: Standardized travel time to the next Service of General Interest point (grid)

Two polygon shapefiles representing a European-wide grid provide information on standardized car travel time from each grid cell to the next sercive facility. One shapefile provides the information for 2016, another one for 2021. The attribute structures of both shapefiles are identical, as explained below.
For each grid cell of 2.5x2.5 km, the standardized travel time to the next SGI point is given.
Cine_TT_St: standardized car travel time to the next cinema
Jobs_TT_St: standardized travel time to next urban morphological zone (UMZ, assuming that jobs are concentrating there)
Shops_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next shop (grid)
Stats_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next station (grid)
Banks_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next bank (grid)
Pharma_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next pharmacy (grid)
Docs_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next doctor (grid)
Hosp_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next hospital (grid)
PrimeS_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next primary school (grid)
SecS_TT_St: Standardized travel time to next secondary school (grid)
