Indicator metadata: RISK - Heat stress on population in the very high emissions scenario (absolute exposure)

The indicator shows the risk of heat stress on population in the very high (2070-2100) scenario with absolute exposure. It is the result of combining the heat stress hazard in the very high (2070-2100) scenario and the absolute exposure and vulnerabilility of population to heat stress. The value is in the range from 1 to 2, being 2 the highest risk and 1 the lowest. See ESPON-CLIMATE 2022 Update Final Report for further details.
