The indicator shows the risk of river flood on infrastructure, industry and service sectors in the baseline climate (1981-2010) scenario with absolute exposure. It is the result of combining the river flood hazard in the baseline climate (1981-2010) and the absolute exposure and vulnerabilility of infrastructure, industry and service sectors to river flood. The value is in the range from 1 to 2, being 2 the highest risk and 1 the lowest. See ESPON-CLIMATE 2022 Update Final Report for further details.
